For all guests aged 14 and over, a municipal residence tax (local tax) of € 1.90 per person per night is levied.

For the final cleaning of the apartment we charge € 47,00
One towel change during the week is included in the price.
For intermediate cleaning on request we charge € 10,00.
For each additional towel change on request we charge € 5,00
are available free of charge on request.
Please send us a written reservation using the enquiry form on our website. Telephone or verbal bookings are not binding. Upon reception of the written reservation, you will immediately receive a confirmation of your reservation from us.
The invoice can be paid in cash, by EC card or credit card.
Up to 30 days before arrival we do not charge cancellation fees.
From 29 days before arrival we charge the total apartment price.
In case of late arrival and early departure, we charge the entire booked duration of stay.
For information, Check In & Check Out we are at your disposal in the apartment house Obermayr – Via Pascolo 12/b - 39011 Lana.
The apartment is ready for occupancy from 14:00 on the day of arrival.
The apartment should be vacated from 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
If you arrive after 18:00, please let us know in advance.

All our apartments are non-smoking apartments.
We therefore ask you to smoke on the balcony.
Our holiday flats are also suitable for dogs. Your four-legged friend is welcome with us. We ask you, however, to always keep the dogs on a leash and to leave the facility for a walk.
We charge € 12,00 per dog and day.
